Ok guys, heres another situation that I am in. Since my wife has twins (children going to become citizen so they dont need support) Now its only my wife who need support. My uncle makes 34 a year but he claims 4 other people on his income taxs to reduce his taxes. But he does make that 34k a year.

Do you think it would still work?

My uncle house hold is only

Him

his wife

his son

but then he claims

his grand child

his son in law

his wife daughter

that doesn't work does it?

If he's the only income in the family, and he's claiming 6 people on his income tax, then he's already below 125% poverty line at 34k per i-864p, so he won't be able to help your case.

Your children are counted as dependents. so you make enough for yourself and the the 2 twins? Your wife needs a joint sponsor or Co sponsor? that would be a total of 7 dependents which he needs to make around 42,000. Get a second job, the employment letter will help show income.

To quotes a movie, “So how does it happen, great love? Nobody knows... but what I can tell you is that it happens in the blink of an eye. If your wife is due to arrive or interview 2011, they want 2008-2010, plus current employer letter and pay stubs. Do you have significant assets? For every 3,000 in assets =1,000 in income.

current employer letter and pay stubs are not a requirement, though highly recommended. Top of page 7 right side of i-864 instructions specifically state that you are not required to submit them.

i'd be careful, considering it was his uncle who set them up, if it's the same uncle who lives below the poverty line, but somehow has 20-30k cash...well, just make sure you can clearly identify where the money came from.

Any sponsor must be a US citizen, US national, or LPR, and must be domiciled in the United States. They don't have to live in the same state as either the primary sponsor or the sponsored immigrant.
