Hello all!

So my fiancee and I are almost finished all our stuff for the packet 3 thingy that needs to be sent away to my consulate. And so far its a lump of paperwork, my question is does it need to be in any particular order for the consulate? or can I just put it all in a postage bag and send away?

Also just so I'm correct, I'm sending the consulate everything on that checklist right. And do they ever need the biographic data part 2? lol, kinda seems a waste.

Thanks very much for you replys guys :)

Chloe put everything in order with the DA1076 0jn top and then the 230 part 1 and 2 then all the other forms and then your docs as bc. passport copy and so on. I put mine all in a yellow business envelope and then in the express envelope as I sent mine over night. Make sure you include a self addressed reply paid 15kg express envelope as well ok.

And I put my address on a 15kg express envelope and pop it in with the papers? Sorry, long day :(

Because the consulate will send back your medical and petition papers and passport with visa inside and the medical is in a business envelope. You must not open that when you get it ok you carry that on the plane with you on carry on luggage to give to CO at airport entry.
