Ready to file for removing conditions but...

Ok. I am getting ready my package to remove the conditions on my residency but I have a question. About a couple of years ago I got a ticket for not paying the correct amount on the price of a trolley ticket, went to court and paid my fine of $25. My question is on the form part three question seven, asks if I was ever "arrested, detained, charged, indicted, fined, or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordianance (excluding traffic regulations), or committed any crime which you were not arrested in the United States or abroad?" Do I mark YES or NO? Is this consider traffic violation? I'm not sure and I do not want to get in trouble for it, should I submit a copy of that? What should I do?

You were NOT arrested you got a ticket y paid a fine! You do not need to report it! All good!

90 days from the expiry date on your Conditional Green Card is when you are eligible to apply. If USCIS receives it outside the 90 day window, they'll send your package right back.
