Not that I give a rat's ####### either way about whether she's had a kid or not (quite franky, there are a lot worse out there breeding), but am I the only one who can see that clearly she isn't driving that car because the passenger door is open??

well spotted... but I'm sure someone will say she must have been driving without a passenger door..

A source close to Spears explains that the singer drove to Starbucks with her bodyguard in the passenger seat and son Sean in his car seat in the back. When the bodyguard went into the store to get the drinks, Spears took Sean out of his car seat and held him in her lap while she waited. Photographers approached the car, says the source, and became aggressive. Once her bodyguard climbed back into the car, Spears drove away while still holding her son.

Spears explains her actions in an exclusive statement to People magazine:

"Today I had a horrifying, frightful encounter with the paparazzi while I was with my baby. Because of a recent incident when I was trapped in my car without my baby by a throng of paparazzi, I was terrified that this time the physically aggressive paparazzi would put both me and my baby in danger. I instinctively took measures to get my baby and me out of harm's way, but the paparazzi continued to stalk us, and took photos of us which were sold to the media. I love my child and would do anything to protect him."

I thought natural selection was when a T-Rex would eat all the Brontosaurus babies...only to die off later because no more Brontosaurus?

Also goes to who reproduces more and who reproduces less. People who reproduce more have a bigger 'share' of the future gene pool than those who reproduce less. People who reproduce less (or don't) do so because their genes are undesirable and no one wants to have babies with them B)

Until alchohol is introduced and then the whole playing field is leveled.

Maybe people who drink more are evolutionarily (is that a word?) favored to reproduce. Maybe there is something about the genes of people who DON'T drink that makes them unfavorable to reproduce. But then again they are the people who invented bada$$ religions that order them to have lots of babies so... maybe that's how they get on the evolutionary train.

These are some really viable theories being thrown around here. Shall I contact Scientific American?

Well the funny thing is that I actually saw her explaining that pic on some celebratty news show... her excuse was that she's from the country and in the country we do things like that.

I'd think if she wasn't really driving then she would have just said... I wasn't even driving... on the show.

that doesn't explain why it looks like there is either no passenger door or that it's open. If it were closed, you wouldn't see that much pavement.
