You said you submitted the DS-260 on June 7th, but you don't say when you sent the AOS or IV package. This would help in answering your question.

Once your case is complete, you'll find out your interview date most likely within 3 weeks. The interview date is usually a month or so after it being assigned. Currently, Montreal interviews are being scheduled for early August and those people got their cases complete about 3 weeks ago.

Yes, I get that you sent the DS-260 on June 7th, but when did you send the AOS and IV packages?
