JUST GOT OUR NOA2 APPROVAL TODAY,,JUST WONDERING HOW MANY OTHERS MARCH FILIERS ARE SEEING THEM FROM VERMONT???? OUR NOA1 DATE WAS MARCH2,2011....THANKS AN GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE.......

Yes the predicted NOA2 date was June 22nd to July 4,5,8th jumped around alittle bit,,but Thnk God its here....

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

03/04/2011 - Delivery confirmation Dallas, TX USCIS 12:56pm

03/09/2011 - USCIS cashed check

03/14/2011 - Received NOA1 (March 09, 2011 as NOA1 date)

06/08/2011 - Receipt number in the USCIS system (now able to check status of our case online)

06/28/2011 - Received NOA2 email and text message with approval date of 06/27/2011
