I was never given any of the medical stuff from my medical in London....well i was but the immigration officer in Dallas took all the medical stuff off me ..... so when it says i need the Vaccination Supplement, how do i do that if i dont have any of that stuff??? Im here on a K-1 visa .... please help me!

Two options

Ask for a copy of the vacc supplement from London

Transcribe list onto the vac form. This has to be done by a Civil Surgeon (see other threads)

What I don't know, because I had the vacc supplement from my medical in Birmingham, is how the Civil Surgeon knows what vaccines you have had. I would imagine you have to get that record from your own doctor in England.

Anyway, don't panic , none of these things are very difficult, just time consuming.
