Hi guys, i was reading your posts about the tax return, my fiancee has her 2010 tax return transcript but she does not have the actual 1040 form and W-2. my question is, can i only use the 2010 tax return transcript for the I-134? or must i submit her 2010 tax form 1040 and W-2 as well ???

If you have a question, I suggest posting a new topic instead of posting your question in someone else's thread. More people will see your question and be able to answer you.

As far as I know, the IRS tax transcripts have the same information as the actual forms.
