Can not print AOS coverletter with barcode!!

Sorry but that isn't an error with adobe missing. That is a generic message from an error in the code. It is server side so different browsers aren't going to help. Since you've notified NVC, all you dan do is keep trying a couple times a day until it works.

Sounds like some code monkey made an update to the system and borked things without testing it completely. I would call NVC and see if they can email you a copy. The biggest concern is if your case gets completed and the sign in fails before you get a copy of the receipts.

The status is already "Paid" but as I click on the option to print out the cover sheet I am getting an error. I have also tried the option of emailing the coversheet but I am getting an error as well. Anyone else experiencing the same issue? I have tried this both on explorer and Mozilla..

Hey my husband is having the same problem too :bonk: Wonder what's wrong but hopefully NVC resolved it soon!

Hi! I just spoke with an operator and she told me that the page is down and what we can do is, put our case number on a piece of paper.. and include it in the packet.. I asked if they needed copy of the payment receipt and she said.. that she did not need that.. Doing this is definitively an option, but I am not even sure what if is the best thing to do.. or if we should just wait to see if the page gets fixed. Has your husband called NVC to see what they tell him?

Try reset your printer and or call NVC

I am hoping for an early August interview!!! (I know I may be dreaming but... I am still positive it could happen!).

Great news on your DS3032! I hope it goes faster for you than ours! (we still have not received confirmation that they accepted it).
