Can not print AOS coverletter with barcode!!

The status is already "Paid" but as I click on the option to print out the cover sheet I am getting an error. I have also tried the option of emailing the coversheet but I am getting an error as well. Anyone else experiencing the same issue? I have tried this both on explorer and Mozilla..

12/30/2010: Married

02/02/2011: I-130 Sent

02/03/2011: USPS delivery confirmation

02/08/2011: NOA1 (text message + email)

02/09/2011: Touched

05/31/2011: NOA2 text and email

06/20/2011: NVC finally received our case!!

06/24/2011: Assigned case and INN number

06/24/2011: Received AOS Bill/Instructions, and DS3032

06/26/2011: Sent Choice of Agent form via email

06/27/2011: Paid I-864 bill

06/30/2011: Mailed I-864 packet

Call NVC immedaitely and get this resolved.

USA

01/08/13 - Approved and GC is order for production on 1/8/14

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.

can get to another winders pc, that has IE 8 with the current load of Adobe Acrobat reader, first ?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Actually the problem has to do with printing the pdf.

You have to print the entre page (page scaling and shrink it) That way all will fit on the page, which includes bar codes that are on the foot part. I had that problem with the I-130 papers. Hope this helps!

this is the error I am getting on both explorer and mozilla..

Server Error in '/CTRAC' Application.

Runtime Error

Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

and I have spoken to a CSR but she said that she did not know what the error was about.. she said to give it a "few days" then maybe issue will be resolved... (totally useless...)

As an IT guy myself, maybe you need Adobe Reader on your machine to read\print PDF? Download it from the link, http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Hmm.. I guess that could be the problem.. I thought I did have Adobe Reader at work but I guess I don't.. Thanks for the input! I will try from my personal computer later on today and see if it works..

I just spoke with another CSR, she said that they are currently experiencing some issues with the page but they are working on it. Hopefully it will back online tomorrow!

I was getting this error message as well when trying to email the receipt to my husband. I just left it and tried it later the next day and it worked. Never figured out why it did that. Just thankful it finally worked!! I hope urs works soon too!

Sorry but that isn't an error with adobe missing. That is a generic message from an error in the code. It is server side so different browsers aren't going to help. Since you've notified NVC, all you dan do is keep trying a couple times a day until it works.
