Is a honeymoon in Puerto Rico possible?

Hey visa journey members! I am happy to report that my fiance has been in the States for almost two weeks now, and we are working to finalize all the details for our wedding in August. After all that we (everyone going through this process included!) have gone through, I think we deserve a nice, relaxing, and "exotic" honeymoon. We really want to go Puerto Rico, and I know that it's a US territory. Would my then-husband be allowed to travel to Puerto Rico and back to the US with his pending immigration status? Or should we just splurge and go to Hawaii instead so as not to worry?

Yes, but no cruises with foreign ports of call!
