i registered on the USCIS website for the email update. i was so sad and worried after our interview yesterday when the officer said she'll let us know within 30 days what her decision was BUT..........

i got emails from the CRIS (USCIS) saying that a welcome notice was mailed today for the I485 and that the I130 was APPROVED!!!! :) i'm HOPING that this means we can breath and relax a little. this is good news right? just making sure... :blush:

07/05/06 Biometrics for I485 & I765

08/28/06 EAD arrives

09/11/06 I485 Initial Interview

09/12/06 I485 Approved

09/15/06 Welcome Notice arrives

09/19/06 Welcome Letter arrives

09/21/06 Green card arrives. yahoo!!! but with wrong bday =(

That's exactly what happened to me. I thought I was going to have a heart attack when I saw the email. Your green card is on the way - congrats (F)

04-21-06 - AOS Interview

04-27-06 - Approval

05-17-06 - Green Card in hand

02-11-08 - File to remove conditions

03-15-08 - Biometrics

03-18-09 - Approved - No interview (Card production ordered)

03-24-09 - 10-year card arrives!
