I have a lot of confusions from NOA1,NOA2...of when they supposed to send it? I read some in this forum that the beneficiary they received the NOA2,i only have the eligible letter from the consular with the case number for my visa category. They sent it on May 18,2011 and i received it in a week later. I thought it is NOA2 but it is not.Until now i don't have that NOA2.I asked my petitioner about the NOA2 but then he didn't know. He got a letter to letting him know that the petition was approved. He's pretty busy with his job so i didn't bother him for that..So,how do we call the letter that he got?..Is it the NOA2? And my appointment has been scheduled on July 28,20011, Are they going to send me an appointment letter also?

the second notice that fiance got from uscis is the approval. do you have the manila case no.? so you need to do your medical before your interview and you need those letters from nvc:) i hope that will help:)

I already have the Case number for my K1 visa but i don't have have the letter from the NVC..

the letter that your fiance received saying the petition was approved...thats what we called the NOA2 already..what do you mean your appointment has been scheduled july 28, 2011, did pay your visa fee already?..did you call the embassy for that july 28 appointment?,,,and if it is...they will send you an email with your appointment confirmation...you try to check your email...then have your medical already,,,you can use that NVC LETTER AND YOUR APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION for medical...

I am trying to comprehend what you are the trying to tell so let me emphasize. When you say eligibility letter, did it came from the US Embassy here in Manila? Whats the content of the letter? If it says something like

On June 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283

then most likely your petition has been approved and we call that NOA2.

If the eligibility letter you got says something like

Dear K1/K2 applicant, This is to inform you that an approved I-129f visa petition has been received by the USCIS bla bla bla You are now eligible to be scheduled for a visa interview

then yes, that an eligibility letter from the US Embassy, that means your petition has been approved, already went through NVC and now in Manila.

I do believe that no matter how busy your fiance is, you guys should work as a team. Or, do a lot of reading and learn from it. Thats the key

I already paid the application fee through online and yes i have that confirmation in my email for my appointment schedule..Thank you,i feel better now..

Online? As far as I know you cannot pay it online not unless its for an immigrant visa (please correct me if Im wrong). Non-immigrant visa fee like K1 is payable only by peso at BPI. I've never heard of K1 paying visa application fee online.

Oooopppsss!...sorry,i paid through BPI for nonimmigrant visa(k1) not online,i was meant that i have been scheduled through online!

K-Visas are non-Immigrant, however they have Immigrant intent so are handled by the consulate's Immigrant visa unit.
