On the G-325A it has a space for alien registration # but I dont have one.

At the bottom of the form it has a heavy boarded outline box where I am to print my name etc. Do I type it or handwrite it?

Also seperate question, I took the example fiance letter of intent from this site, is it ok to literally use the example fully and just replace names for the petitioners and beneficiaries?

Thanks

If you are doing the G-325 for you and you are a USC then no you would not have one and you just need to use the letter as a guideline for letter of intent.

Divorced !st November 2012.

Married only 2 years 1 month

Since you are doing the G325A for the beneficiary and you are at the beginning of the process meaning about to mail the pkt then you write N/A because the beneficiary at this point does not have an Alien registration number and yes you can use the letter of intent verbatim changing all pertinent info like address and to whose attn and your names of course good luck

This is how I did mine, my fiances is still variation.... I dont think americans put together letters the way we do so my fiances is the same layout at the example (with everything on the same side of the page and the date under all the addresses)
