I was a K1 when I entered here in US. And we got married of course at once and my AOS was approved last October 2010. Due to lack of info and proper orientation, we thought when my husband filed for me,my dependent who's 6 yrs old was filed with me already with it. But on the said interview after I got approved the consul asked us.. where's my daughter's form? So we were surprised we thought it's in there already. I submitted her BC, photo copy of her passport, 2x2 pics and I-94 too. So I am wondering what happened. The consul said.. "No it's not here." So me and my husband really stared at each other wondering what happened. Oh well, we just asked the consul when can we file her? He said " any time, as long as the school of the kid isn't asking for it at once." So after that months go by and we have lots of financial difficulties and couldn't file her at once after I was approved. And this is the only time we're done with some of my husbands debts and now we're filing for her.

Question:

1. What are the forms I need to attach? Is it also the same with mine before?

2. With regards to I-693 - her vaccinations or DS-3025 was last 2009. So meaning it's already expired and my daughter needs to undergo a complete medical examination here in US?

3.Since we're filing her separately and I was approved last year, are they still going to call us or my daughter for an interview or they'll just approved her basing on my status? Do they interview still a 6 year old kid?
