hey all,

my question is when does some one get REF regarding ROC ? i mean if somebody has received biometrics, does it mean he/she is not gonna get any REF ?

actually i was updating my ROC time line at VJ and i just noticed the sequence of events there and i thought may be when somebody gets the biometrics then problably he/she is not going to get the REF.

the sequence over there is like this ...

ROC filing date

ROC NOA date

ROC REF ( if any ) date

ROC Bio date

something like that.

so what do you guys think ?

RFE can come at anytime.

Even at the interview or after it. ( if you have an interview )

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Here is the latest (as I remember) RFE info for VSC filer.

VJName.............Date of I-751.....NOA1 Date......Biometrics......Approved....

SUSIELUVSPAUL......01/03/11..........01/06/11.......02/14/11........--/--/11.... (RFE received 6/08)

Unfortunately, usually RFE comes long after Bio... (Of course, CSC send much earlier!)

Some got approved right after send RFE back. Some will have interview after RFE...

I had a RFE in my ROC case and they normally come after the biometrics. So they ether approve your ROC or send you a RFE. In my case I got it one month after my biometrics. I flied in the California, so here the time lines are different. that one month could be diferent in your case depending where you filed
