Hi any one around June 21 that received NOA2 and still waiting for the case to be received at NVC. Just want us to share when each one would be getting to the next step.

USA

01/08/13 - Approved and GC is order for production on 1/8/14

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.

mine was approved on june 15th..but have not received NVC# yet.

NOA2 to NVC (32 days to get Case number)
NVC: (28 days)
07/18/2011 - NVC Received and got NVC case#.
07/18/2011 - Send my Naturalization Certificate via mail and email for upgrading my case from F2A to CR1.
07/19/2011 - Gave both emails to NVC and received IIN#
07/21/2011 - Got confirmation email about changing my petition from F2A to CR1. Up-gradation took 4 business days.
07/29/2011 - AOS Fee Bill Received & Paid Online.
07/29/2011 - DS-3032 Email sent to NVC from beneficiary.
08/01/2011 - AOS package invoice shows "PAID" and Package mailed to NVC.
08/02/2011 - DS-3032 received by NVC.

Sorry for that Singhisking but at least our cases are not unique requiring special attention (not yet) and we all are sailing in the same boat.

CSC seems to be notorious with mail - I saw some old threads. The VSC cases are getting to NVC in 3 - 5 days time. The last CSC case approved case of 6/11 got to NVC on 6/30 (as per VJ updates), so hopefully you will get your by this week-end. June NOA2 guys Keep updating your NVC receipt progress daily.

One of my friend he got approved on 14jun but still NVC did not receive case. I don't know why but you are on 21Jun so could be couple day. First of all, NVC receive file from CSC and then after they will assign you case# after 3 to 4 business days if there is not more cases. In my case, i was calling every day and then NVC received my file on 06/13 and they assign my case on 06/21. So first just try to know weather they got from CSC or not?Good Luck..

You are right, the operator told me to call them on 7/13 - 15 business days from 6/21. The Lord willing, we will have it by this week-end.

This wait is certainly better than those that filed almost along with us and are still waiting for their NOA2 (approvals).

However this delay is disaapointing to me because, I planned the PCCs based on the timelines and I just got the last one - Kuwait Police Clearance obtained on 7/5 (being mailed), which is valid only for 3 months (Indian ones are fine). So my issue is to get an interview date before this PCC expires - 10/4.

Fortunately all DS-230 and I-864 documents are ready just waiting for the Case # from NVC and the Kuwait PCC which is in mail. A further delay of another 15 days will stress me out but I think, we will get an interview (at Chennai consulate) before this PCC expires - 10/4.

For your information PCC is vaid until 1 year after date of issues. Look at Delhi webside.
