I used the template from the removal of conditions section on this site for my cover letter....but I'm not sure if my wording is appropriate. I edited it a little. I left it as though it was coming from my husband (who is the usc) is that ok? or should it be from me? that's how it was phrased in the example. also at the top of the letter where it would have my alien # for reference it lists K1. I haven't changed it yet, but as I'm removing conditions of my two year green card is that correct?

this is what I have so far thanks in advance :)

looks good! i used the same template and edited it a little to reflect my situation.

(If K-1 is not the visa you came on, make sure you change it to the one you did come in on! As for me, I was on a Visa Waiver, so therefore I deleted "K-1 Visa" and inserted "Visa Waiver").

At the end, i also included my name and signature with my USC hubby's. So the letter was worded like it was coming from him, but we both signed it down the bottom. I did this as a "just in case" the IO wants to compare signatures on our letter to the signatures on our I-751 form.

but otherwise everything is good!!
