Just got the go ahead to schedule an apt .. so I just created an acct... earliest apt date Oct 19th

Just keep checking and don't give up! I refreshed the same page for 3 weeks before I got an earlier date. Something will probably pop up before October 19th.

No, if you hit the reschedule it will just show the next available date and give you the option of taking it if you want to. The only way to cancel your current date is to hit the Cancel Appointment link.

No, I hit reschedule many many times to see what dates were available. I never lost my original appointment unless I accepted a new date.

My Fiance is at work, sometimes checks his cell phone. I told him the date asking what does he think cause the 29th is on his work week. He works one week on and one week off so he would have to take a whole week off. Hes in ND drilling oil and he drives to where we are in Southern Ontario...lol. But he may say yeh take it. The date is still there too teasing me, wishing it was on a date i have written down! Ill keep looking. October 5th is far away but maybe another one for September will open up.

You know that he doesn't have to go to the interview right? Because if he does come you are still going to have to wait up to 10 days to get your visa and passport back, just saying.
