How Long till case complete?

Just wondering because I am getting a little impatient. The NVC received all of the documents on 8/18/06 and I have been waiting for them to complete the case ever since. How long does it usually take or should I be worried about them requesting more info for some reason?

I assume that you submitted the DS 230 packet and the I-864 packet. It takes about 2-4 weeks for NVC to complete all review. If you did everything properly, then they won't ask for more information.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
