Joe, with all due respect, I hope you've not sent any money to her. This has SCAM written all over it! Anything and everything can be duplicated in the Philippines. It sounds like you've not submitted

SCAM. i actually first thought it wasnt :S

why

1. her teeth are showing :D

2. all her photos are the same. when i took all those identifications, i had diff photos coz they would take pics in the dept., itself.

3. she has no signature in the passport. it should have and obviously, because its an identification.

4. there are just too many mistakes in the visa.

sorry bout this. but good thing you asked here! :) i hate my co filipinas who do this for the sake of money. my prayers.

Update: Advise taken. Also checked a little deeper. Yep, a fraud. Oh, by the way her name is Emerald Guzman.

Her passport says it was issued in 2011.. FYI you can no longer smile and show teeth in passport pictures, have to face forward and straight, and ears have to be visible so these documents are fake, super fake!!! LoL.. I'm glad you caught it early on..

My Journey:

We met through a study-abroad program in Shanghai, China in August of 2009

We got engaged March of 2010

I received my K1 VISA in 6 months (June-December 2010)

We were married 04/02/2011
I received my conditional 2-year greencard (AOS) in 2.5 months with no interview (April-June 2011)

Our son was born 02/03/2013

I received my masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology 04/17/2013

I received my 10-year greencard (ROC) in 3 months with no interview (March-June 2013)

My husband returned from deployment 06/20/2013

My naturalization journey took 4 months (April-August 2014)

I became a US citizen on 08/01/2014

Received passport in 3 weeks (regular processing)

Wow, whatta totally SCAM. Good thing you know it by now. SO sad to see a co-filipina, but scams are everywhere. All we need to do is to be cautious. GOD bless you and one day the right one will come in your way in time you least expect it. :) :)

09-22-2014 - NOA letter scheduled interview 10-30-2014

10-30-2014 - Naturalization interview and test Columbus Ohio office.

Application changed to five year as mark reached while waiting for interview

Passed civic test and interview recommends approval !!!

10-30-2014 - NOA hand letter stating recommendation for approval and wait for letter of approval and oath
11-13-2014 - Case Status updated "We scheduled your oath ceremony"

11-14-2014 - NOA letter final interview and oath Tuesday 11-25-2014

11-25-2014 - Final red tape and oath ceremony Columbus, Ohio Officially a US Citizen!!!

SCAM!!! very funny..her police clearance fee is Php 195,000.00? :o Did you pay for this amount? :(

She had the same photos in all her documents from passport, visa, nbi and police clearance?

She is smilling and wearing an earrings which is not allowed on the passport and visa photo?

I wonder how she got a tourist visa? :o
