I did track mine too and the embassy already got it!! It was really efficient the fact that they just sent it last Friday! took only 3 days! Good luck everyone!

Still waiting...NVC's email response last week said that my petition was 'en route' from CSC. Well folks, it's been en route for over a month! Come on NVC.

Okay, I just called NVC after posting, and they've finally received ours! We don't have a case number assigned yet, but at least we've gotten this far. Will try back again tomorrow. Good luck everyone.

Have you called again since? Ours was still staying there for a bit the lady said to call back in a couple of days to see if it had been sent on.

Its been two weeks and NVC either doesn't have my paperwork or still hasn't processed it yet, but I don't understand, based on looking at the Timeline, how some cases go from USCIS to NVC to Embassy in one week and how some cases take a month. The inconsistency is very frustrating. Just curious if anyone from first two weeks of June is still waiting for NVC\Embassy info?

It took me exactly ONE MONTH.

Just called this morning to see, no go. I never got my follow up email from NVC (it's en route blah blah), but I only just got the first one yesterday (we're looking into your inquiry blah blah), so I guess I'm expecting too much. 6/20s are being scanned in now, and some VJers have been told that a "big" batch arrived. I guess that's all we can hope for, to be at the bottom of some stack

At first, it seemed like they lost our case file. Now, I'm hoping that NVC has it but doesn't know it yet.

The email I just sent to NVCResearch:

On July 12, 2011, I made an inquiry with a tier 2 representative at USCIS about the location of my case file. When the rep stated it had been forwarded to NVC, I informed him of an earlier call to USCIS in which I was informed that the case file was still at the California Service Center. Upon hearing this, he initiated an internal trace on the file. The attached letter from USCIS is the result of their internal search [saying they don't have it]. I'm also taking the liberty of including my I-797 again so there will be no mistaking what we're talking about. At this point, it is my feeling that my case file is in your facility but has not been scanned into your system. I've heard rumors of backlogs resulting from great numbers of petition approvals. I ask that you physically check your files again and summarily issue an embassy case number upon finding my file.

same problem here. NVC asked me to scan email the approval letter to them and they will follow up with USCIS in my behalf because they don't have my application yet. I am not sure if I would call CSC to check the date my application was sent(though they mentioned it on the notice that it was sent already). I will call NVC tom and will check if they had responded to my scanned email. I hope I would get good news. It has been 28 days now.
