Its been two weeks and NVC either doesn't have my paperwork or still hasn't processed it yet, but I don't understand, based on looking at the Timeline, how some cases go from USCIS to NVC to Embassy in one week and how some cases take a month. The inconsistency is very frustrating. Just curious if anyone from first two weeks of June is still waiting for NVC\Embassy info?

We didn't hear from the NVC for two weeks after NOA2. We never received any notification that NVC actually received our case. And then a couple weeks later my husband and I started receiving email after email with instructions and stuff. So hang on there.

I've called every evening for the last six days.. Every evening they have said he same thing..But last night the story changed a little bit - they threw the blame on USCIS. Instead of the "It can take 10-15 business days to get into the system" it was "The USCIS has 3 weeks to mail us your case from the time they date the approval notice". He was a bit on the grouchy side but it seemed aimed at the USCIS.

I was really hoping to hear that they would have had mine today as well, but they didn't. After I told the woman that my NOA2 was approved on June 10th she still said the routine line of, "Well you have to wait at least 15 business days, not including holidays and weekdends." I thought that response was hilarious, since we have waited longer than that now. She was telling me that I could call tomorrow or the next day and if they don't have it then that I could email a scanned copy of my NOA2 to them with my receipt number as the subject of the email. They seem to want to get you off the phone as soon as possible, so I just made her give me the email stuff today anyway.
