wow.. so many responses.... i knew it, i knew that this month has been really slow...... i analyze the time lines carefully and at no point in the last few years has USCIS to NVC has been taking as long as now.

anyway... its not impatience, its inconsistency and lack of a working process.....

The day the government get a streamlined process I'll have to check if hell froze over....

But, on the good side, as I said in a prior post....your number is coming.....

NVC told you that...? No they always go via NVC

Some of you have only had 3mths or less between NOA1 and NOA2... (:huh: wish it was me )

Yes, someone at NVC told me that...

Your NOA2 was only one day after mine; I hear that VSC is working on March petitions now. Hang in there.

I'll be keeping an eye on your status then... good luck to us both!

Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere, and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

Its been two weeks and NVC either doesn't have my paperwork or still hasn't processed it yet, but I don't understand, based on looking at the Timeline, how some cases go from USCIS to NVC to Embassy in one week and how some cases take a month. The inconsistency is very frustrating. Just curious if anyone from first two weeks of June is still waiting for NVC\Embassy info?

Hey, we are on the same boat....we got NOA2 06/03/11 and still waiting for NVC answer...my fiance's calling them everyday and they state that they still have no records on our case ((((( how do you think what the posssible date for interview will be? I want to live till August....I think I'm going to call US Em in Moscow and ask to change the date for more closer one if they schedule for later dates. Think it will work?

When I received my NOA1 on March 4th the expectation was that it would be about 5 months before NOA2. The NOA2 then started flying faster and faster to where a lot of us received them before 4 months... That means the NVC for the past couple of months is seeing a much heavier load than before - that could be the reason they are finding themselves suddenly unable to keep up with the incoming approvals.

The overwhelming mantra I read that they are telling people on the phone currently is "10-15 business days from NOA2" .. I'm setting my Complaint buzzer at 15 days. :)

im sorry but i dont get the point of this post.NVC is as bad as USCIS? coming from a member who got to nvc within 3 months it makes zero sense.to get a reality check you might wanna check out some of the members on this site that are on their 7th or 8th month dealing with USCIS.i realize every day spent away from your loved one feels like ten years, but lets be logical and fair
