Thanks. My wife's interview is on a Tuesday. Planning to get medicals done in Montreal during the same trip. How long does it take to get the results back? Trying to plan out the trip and take time off. How many days prior to the interview should we arrive in MTL?

Congrats on the new arrivals!

@RinT - Usually 2-3 days. I just booked my medical with one of the people and they require 3 full business days. My interview is on a Monday, so the latest my medical could be is Tuesday (week prior). Then they require; Wed, Thurs and Fri to get the results back. Since you're on a Tuesday, you'll still have to fly in the week before so plan on being there for about a week.

Nope, but regarding your question earlier about booking a medical...My interview is on a Monday, so I had to book the Tuesday before so results will be ready by Friday. My husband and I are meeting in Montreal, I'll be flying there from Vancouver the night before the medical scheduled on Tuesday. We will then drive back to NY and stay until Friday, then stay the weekend and following week in Montreal. We are thinking about 9 nights total (that's if we can get the visa 3 days after the interview) :)
