hi, everyone i'm new here, my PD is oct 15 2010 in f2a category and my husband paid AOS fee and the IV processing fee on may 2011 and we didn't recieve anything from NVC until now .my quastion is should we send the form of AOS and other documents they need or we have to wait anotification form NVC

Hello misho, you should prepare all the paperwork and send it, so your case can be completed.

If her husband paid for the fees, then they received the CoA and the Invoices. So they should send the paperwork.

You definitely need to send your document. It's always better to have your case completed at the head of time. Therefore, when your priority date is current you'll be ready for the next step. I had made a big mistake by waiting when my priority date was current last year. I don't want it be the same for you. Once you've already paid the fee, Just have all your documents ready and send then to the NVC.

thank you all :) so i will prepare my all documents and send them to nvc my case was approved on march 2011 . but i have heared that AOS have one year valid after one year i have to send a new one ,and why they ask for processing fee and the PD is aug 2008 it's more than 2 years from my PD ?

how can i pay?? if the nvc dint tell me to pay or to notify me..? can i pay w/0 permission??
