I think a more appropriate question would be: "Who filed with TSC/CSC, got a NOA1 in May and has been approved?"

People have been approved without any touches; also touches don't necessarily mean that a NOA2 will be soon issued.

i think who got approved in 09/05/2006 didn't get email of approved or ypdate on case status online yet .they just received it by snail mail or from calling CSC.

I got touched 09.05.06 but my approval is dated 09.04.06 and i recieved the notice yesterday through snail mail, no status update on line

07/18/2006 they sent the IMBRA... 08/11/2006 they received IMBRA and I was touched two times 08/12/2006 and 09/05/2006.and I am waiting by the approval

I got my NOA1 on 6/29, got touched on 7/8 and nothing after that at all until yesterday that my case changed online saying that I'm approved.

I have seen others that were touched just a few days b4 they got their NOA2.

Therefore I don't think you can look as touches as an indication of anything.

I got touched today....On September 8 they sent another REF .. can that delay the process?
