Hi! How do you figure it was touched? What do you mean it was touched? My NOA1 is April 12, 2011 for VSC.

Thanks for your help.

You can follow your case on USCIS.gov. Anytime your petition is handled they scan it, which changes the "last updated" date on it. They only 'touched' my case one time when we first got our NOA1, and didn't touch it again until we were approved, so it's not that big of a deal to follow the touches.
