Hi! How are you? Visajourney.com appeared on my search engine today. I wish I had this moment several months ago.

Anyway, here's our simple situation. Our priority date is June 25, 2009 and on https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do our case status is Post Decision Activity. Our latest follow up was sending the police clearances and birth certificate. And before that we received a letter that the documents have reached to the NVC.

Oh and July, 2011 visa bulletin states that the cut date?/priority date for F2A is 22MAR08.

Any word of advice and information will be greatly appreciated since we've been apart from each other quite long already.

Do you think August 2011's priority date would be 22MAR09? 08JUN09?

Base on pending applications which are awaiting visa availability are now centralized at the national benefits center until the visa becomes available based on your preference category,country of changeability and priority date.They will notify you by mail of any further actions of your application.

Hi welcome to the forums. By ur situation u look like u r a green card holder right? i think u are. As u can see by the visa bulletin that the current is MARCH 22 08.

No one can tell that what the pd is going to be next month. Look at my timeline. I have been waiting a long time. If u r a LPR u could apply for citizenship if u r eligible. If not then u have to wait...for the Visa Bulletin to be ur priority date..

Being far away sucks.. look at me it has been 3 years and waiting. Hope it will come to n end for me n u AND GOOD LUCK :thumbs:

10/19/10----RFE FOR ORIGINAL MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE IN URDU LANGUAGE ""SHOULD HAVE KNOWN"

11/06/10----RFE SENT AVR NOT UPDATED AS OF 11/09 WAITING FOR CASE COMPLETE

11/15/10----AVR SAYS RFE RECIVED... JUST WAITIN FOR CASE COMPLETE

11/17/10----CASE COMPLETE

08/30/11----INTERVIEW AT 8.00AM VISA WAS APPROVED 8/30/11 THANKYOU GOD AND EID MUBARAK

10/15/11----POE

00/00/11----LIVE HAPPILY EVER AFTER[/color]
