No, just a copy (front and back) of the green card. Good luck with your ROC.

Thank you! I appreciate it. I am sending my ROC tomorrow (my GC expires on Aug 10th.) I am sending these below. I use my husband's cell phone i don't have a bill.. cable and electricty bills in his name, i couldn't think to put my name before, but we have joint accounts and credit cards.. what do you think?

Original Tax Transcripts from IRS for 2009 and 2010 filed jointly

Copy of Joint bank statements from various months & bank cards

A copy of joint lease agreements showing both names at our previous address

A copy of joint lease agreements showing both names at our present address

A copy of Health Insurance certificate&cards showing beneficiares my wife and our son

Copy of the flight itineraries that we took vacation to my wife's country to visit her family and then to FL to visit my family

Photos of us with brief description from various occasions from September 2009 to July 2011

Looks good. Not sure that you need the USC birth certificate though, they should already have that in your file. Good luck.

No Passport Copy Necessary, nor are you required to submit USC's Birth Certificate. Apart from that, your evidence seems sound. Good Luck.

There is no need for the Passport or USC Birth Certificate... BUT, for me, I did include this in my packet!! ("just in case")

I put copies of entry stamps from our passports that correlated with flight itineraries we had. I put a copy of the picture page with the copies of the stamps so they could see whose passport the stamps belong to.
