I'm in the process in petitioning my parents right now and I have a bro that will turn 21st on oct 8 2012

now I wanna know if everything goes ok

how soon my dad or mom can petition my bro?and how long it takes the approval?and if ever we will get an approval b4 my bro turn 21st is he still under the F2a category?

I'm just tryin to get some idea here coz I know I still had a ways to go to get my parents but like I said just w anna know about this matter ahide of time

06/02/11 - I-130 sent

06/10/11 - check cashed

06/13/11 - NOA1 recieved(priority date 6/06/11)

09/22/11 -PETITION APPROVED(TNX GOD)

10/18/11 -Case number assigned both Parents

10/19/11-Got IIN and emailed DS-3032

10/20/11-Pay AOS and IV

10/22/11 -AOS&IV Showed PAID

11/04/11 -Send I-864 and DS-230

11/10/11 -Recieved email from nvc case complete and got parents interview date-DEC 28,2011

11/21/11 -St lukes medical

11/22/11 -Dad medical complete(pass)

-Mom medical complete(pass) THANK YOU GOD

12/28/11 -INTERVIEW

01/05/12 -Visa recieved

03/02/12 -Mom and Dad arrival detroit michigan(EXCITED)

your mom or dad can petition the child the day they enter the usa but probably should wait until they arewell in the system (about 3 weeks).

The brother WILL age out to the F2B category and is looking at a minimum of 6 years.

Not good news; assume 3-9 months for them to get GC, then lots longer (years--as there is severe backlog) for F2B (F2A is spouse of GC holder, also severe backlog).

Basically chances of it working prior to his 21st--ZERO.

2008/08/22 I-751 biometrics completed

ok tnx ricardo,but i also have a sister shes 14 yrs old how big the chance that she will be age out?
