Hi Everyone.

I've paid paid AOS and IV fees online. NVC is waiting for me to sent in I-864. I have 2 full time job, either one met and way the income for supports. NO co-sponsor. Just me.

Which of the following I-864 do I fill to sent in? is it I-864 or I-864EZ.

I have tax transcript from last 3 years, W-2 from both employers, employment letters from both. etc

Can someone confirm which I-864 should I fill and sent in?

Thank you so much,

~KJ

I'm qualify for all 3 YES answer to the i864EZ questions.. So, I'm pretty sure I'm I-864 EZ.. but just want to make sure and confirmation from the experts up here.

The relative you are sponsoring is the only person listed on

the Form I-130 petition

I sent two I-130's one for my wife and one for my son. Since it's a separate petition for each of them and my income is above the poverty line, perhaps I can use I-864 EZ too right? Am I understanding this correctly? Thanks for your help guys.

We met requirements and used I-864EZ also.

I received an email from NVC and they actually instructed me to use that one, did they email you too?

Hi there. We're looking ahead to things that could be done while waiting for NOA 2. Does NVC normally email to tell the applicants which form they should use? Because that would be a lot of help especially to us who are confused which form we are supposed to fill out...

No, the NVC will not email you and tell you which form to use. At the start of the I-864EZ, there are 3 questions, if you are able to answer yes to all 3 questions you can use the EZ form. If you are not able to answer yes to all 3 questions, then you must use the I-864.

Not at all. Instead, NVC has put really helpful instructions online:

DS-230 - http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3190.html

I-864 - http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3730.html

General NVC stuff - http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_1335.html

then if you need a compendium of steps, study Loto's EZGUIDE Spouse wiki page, over at

http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/EZGuideSpouse

Most ppl want speed at NVC as well, so they study Ling Che's NVC Shortcuts - see

http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/LingChe_NVC_ShortCut

to buypass all of this silliness, you may want to consider joining a monthly NVC topic here, in the progress reports subforum.

Good Luck!

Im not sure if we can use I-864EZ bec of "There is only one applicant on the Form I-130 petition". I wrote earlier that I filed 2 I-130's one for my wife and another one for my son. What does it really mean by "one applicant on the form I-130"? Isn't that form about only one person? And the other person gets to be talked about on the other separate I-130? I'm sorry guys if Im not explaining myself well... but I hope you get what I mean...
