I finally got the NOA2 today after 5 months and 3 days!. I called on Friday June 24th exactly 5 months when my petition was received and I was told by the Tier2 Agent that Vermont was actaully working on January petitions specifically January 16th and that I should wait till Friday July 1st to check back I know it was not true because some with later dates than mine had been approved; the lady was very nice and gave encouraging words and I was very cordial with her as well despite the fact that I was really frustrated. Not more than twenty minutes today June 27th after I checked my case status on line (which was still showing Initial review), I got a text message that my status had changed I almost fainted and prayed that it was not RFE...and it wasn't...It was Approval!!!!. I am not sure if my call on Friday had anything to do with the approval, but I DO NOT CARE! I am so grateful to God for his mercy on me and all my vellow VJ members for your support and encouragement. Luckily for me I sent my I-134, letter of employment,pay stub, Rebtel phone log to my baby through my cousin who was visiting last week. Waow! I am so excited I want to break dance...LOL. One more huddle to cross and I know my God will be there for me as always!
