What Address NVC/Consulate uses to send Packet to beneficiary?

Can someone tell what Address NVC/Consulate uses to send Packet to beneficiary? It's beneficiary's address on I-864 or from DS-230 or from beneficiary's passport? I want to know so I can give the beneficiary's address on these form accordingly? In my case my spouse's passport has permanent address that of my parents address in India whereas presently she is living with her parents. What address should I give?
