Utility Easement On Your Property

I have a telephone company "terminal box" on my property. I have had no problems for the past seven years.....now, they have installed 'cell phone towers' on the water tower that is behind my house....the cell phone lines now come into the "terminal box." The phone company services the cell phone tower between the hours of 2:00am & 5:00am.....I have been woken up by the phone company ringing my doorbell to get access to my backyard.....and have had phone company employees scaling ladders OVER the top of my fence.....

I have a built in pool, six foot privacy fence and two dobermans and a german shepard.....the dogs barking all night because someone is in "their" back yard is really annoying.

Just wondering if anyone out there has had any experience with this. I know I am pretty much S-O-L but I thought I would at least put it out there.

Not on my property, but I work in real estate law so I see it quite a bit.

I have been searching and searching all day.....do you know where I can "look" to find information on what my "rights" are?

its written int the title deed or grant deed on the property. But I dont think it necessarily means 24 hours a day access. Call the wireless carrier and see what they say. They may be willing to help. Otherwise dont answer the door.

I'm sorry - that must suck! My parents house has a big easement down the side and across the back, but they were just for pipes under the ground and the authorities only ever had to access them once in all the time I lived there... we just weren't allowed to built any permanent structures on the ground and when my dad built a fence he had to make it easily removable.
