Hello there, I do have a question my son a USC will apply very soon on my behalf...My question is that I've married his mother in Brazil and we got divorced in the US (Final Decree) 12 years ago but we never done the homollogation in Brazil! Now I'm planning to get married again here in London very soon and I wondering if prove of my final decree in the US will be enough for my visa processing?? My ex wife already got married again a few years ago got her GC and finally 2 years ago she become a US citizen without a problem!! Anybody have any idea what would be?
