HELLO, I AM A CANADIAN CITIZEN ADULT, AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF I CAN OBTAIN THE US CITIZENSHIP THRU MY FATHER. ALTHOUGH HE IS NOT VERY WELL MENTALLY HE IS 89 YEARS OLD AND CANNOT UNDERSTAND MANY THINGS OR WRITE. HE HAS PARKINSONS AND HAS ALSO AFFECTED HIS MEMORY.

IS THIS STILL POSSIBLE PROVING HIS CITIZENSHIP.?
