Hi . I was wondering if anyone knew were to send the K3 I129 form once filled out. I read somewhere it is in Chicago but have to find out where to send the form . Any help would be greatfull . Thank you

if you look at the 1-129f instructions on page 4 it tells you where to sent the form.the address is uscis,p/o box 660151 dallas tx 75266,if yoy send it express mail or couier deliverys, then uscis attn;1-129f 2501 south state highway 121 buginess suite 400 lewisville tx 75067.

First, rethink the whole idea of sending any I-129F for a spouse. If you think it will save you time, at best it could save three or four weeks and cost hundreds more in total government fees, delay work authorization for months etc.

If you decide to follow your I-130 for spouse, with an I-129F, you mail it to the address on the receipt notice for the I-130. In the future, you'll get a lot better answers posting questions about a spouse process in a spouse forum. Most of your answers above about any address in Texas are only applicable to a fiancee process.
