Worth Transcribing I-693?

Hey guys,

I'm nearing the finish of my K1 journey and so I am starting on the paperwork for my AOS. I am currently looking at my DS3025 and it states that my medical is incomplete due to the fact that I am missing my Influenza shot. I'm not actually missing my Influenza shot but they didn't note the record I had in the package and I didn't check for it since they said I had no issues. My question is should I get my DS3025 transcribed onto an I-693 with the Influenza shot or do you think I could get away with just sending my DS3025 with a copy of my Influenza shot record?

01-27-2011: NOA1!

02-22-2011: NOA2!

03-14-2011: Packet 3 Filled Out. Delayed Interview until closer to POE, August.

08-09-2011: Interview at 10am!

08-19-2011: POE

08-21-2011: Married

AOS

08-25-2011: Sent AOS Packet with EAD & AP

08-29-2011: NOA1 for AOS, EAD and AP

09-29-2011: Biometrics Appointment

I would have it transcribed. It's not worth the further delay if you do have an RFE. You still have plenty of time before it comes to AOS so organise it now. Find a reasonably priced civil surgeon who can do it for you now to avoid hassle later. It seems that some people have been having problems when it comes to the medicals at AOS.

Also, I suggest that you get a complete copy of your medical from your home country - there have been some cases where USCIS have 'lost' peoples entire medicals. Which means you need to fork out a couple of hundreds bucks to have it redone! I sent in a copy of my entire medical plus the immunisation transcription with AOS just in case and had no problems.

I didn't need influenza on K-1 - it depends on the season.
