In the 9 th question it says " LIST ALL THE COUNTRIES YOU HAVE ENTERED IN THE LAST TEN YEARS" .... i kinda cant fit all of them in that small space there, so can someone please tell me how should i do this?? I read that i need to attach an additional sheet but i dont know what to write in the form DS 157 and what to write on the additional sheet.

Please help me if you can.

Just use MS Word and make a row of blocks side by side (top to bottom/verticle)...over the fist row of blocks use the title "Countries Visited/Entered" and the over the second row of blocks title it "Dates Entered". Make sure you make the blocks large enough to either type or write the names of the countries in, and ditto for the dates entered. Title the top of the sheet something like "DS-157 Addendum" or "DS-157 Supplemental Information".

On the DS 157 itself where it ask about what country's you entered (question #9) I would write in something like "See attached DS-157 Addendum" or "See attached DS-157 Supplemental sheet".

"I want to take this opportunity to mention how thankful I am for an Obama re-election. The choice was clear. We cannot live in a country that treats homosexuals and women as second class citizens. Homosexuals deserve all of the rights and benefits of marriage that heterosexuals receive. Women deserve to be treated with respect and their salaries should not depend on their gender, but their quality of work. I am also thankful that the great, progressive state of California once again voted for the correct President. America is moving forward, and the direction is a positive one."
