AOS & IV Package

I am about to send my AOS & IV Package. These are the things I have in these packes . Please suggest if I am missing any thing

AOS Packet

a. Bar-coded cover sheet

b. Completed and signed form I-864 by the petitioner

c. IRS tax transcripts for the last three years (2010,2009,2008)

d. Petitioner's employment letter

e. Petitioner's pay stubs for the current year

IV Packet

a. Bar-coded cover sheet

b. 2 Passport-sized photographs of the beneficiary

c. Completed and signed form DS-230 Part 1 by the beneficiary

d. Completed and 'unsigned' form DS-230 Part 2 by the beneficiary

e. Photocopy of the biographic data page of the beneficiary's passport

f. Original/Certified birth certificate of the beneficiary

g. Original/Certified marriage certificate of the beneficiary and the petitioner

h. Original police certificate(s) of the beneficiary

i. 1 set Photocopy of all the above civil documents

I can use tax transcript instead of 1040 federal income tax return, to be filed with the AOS? Am I correct?

Yes--tax transcripts are the preferred method--just send the transcripts--no W-2's, 1099's etc

This looks perfect BUT I would like to point out one more thing;

For IV, please go to http://travel.state.gov/visa/fees/fees_3272.html and see if you need any other document based on the beneficiary's country (reciprocity by country). From my personal experience, I had to add one more document (beside marriage certificate) because it's specific to my country only. Again, this could be perfect, but just check this link.

For Bangladesh, you have to include a Nikah Nama along with the marriage certificate.
