Hi guyz ..!!

I just got my biometrics appointment for I-751 next month on 19th. My question is what does early bio means ?

does it mean that when i get my biometrics letter i can just walk in and get my bio's done ?

if yes. would it increase the process of my application i mean any positive impact on the case ?

most importantly how can i do early bios ?

please suggest.

regards..!!

Early bio means walking in before your appointment date, but there's no guarantee of success. It depends on how busy the office is and the policy of the individual ASCs. I see you're in NY. We didn't attempt an early bio at the Manhattan ASC since I'd read that people had been turned away. Other boroughs might be different though (less busy, more flexible). So, you can certainly try, but be prepared to be turned away. As to whether it speeds things up to get an early bio, probably, but not certainly. Each case is different.

Well said VivianNYC. I think it depends on the local office. I did an early "Walk-in" biometrics and received my interview letter a few days after my original scheduled date for the biometrics so it definately made things go faster for me. That however doesn't mean it's the same for everybody and as far as early walk-ins I did it for both ROC and N-400 and they were more than happy to let me do it 3 weeks ahead of schedule. New york might be diferent because it may be busier than Milwaukee where I did mine. Good luck.
