Well we got the RFE in the mail today. And of course, they are asking for something they already have. What is it with this department?? Surely they have all the notices that they themselves have sent out over the period of the K1/K2 and AOS filing.

They are asking for a copy of the I-797C Aproval notice for the K2 for my daughter. #######?!! Well we don't have anything with her name on it, only with my name. So here we are in a flat spin wondering what the heck we are supposed to send them. We ring them and they want a copy of the approval that has my name on it, errr HELLLLLOOOO? they already have it, we sent a copy on both of our AOS applications, shouldn't they also have this somewhere in their system, they sent the damn thing to us in the first place... SHEEEESH

Waiting and watching the calendar flip ever so over closer to 4-2-2009 (When my 2 yr GC expires) . . .
