Hi Everyone !

I have my interview on Friday. I'm checking a list of stuff I'm supposed to bring with me. I have a question, what is: "All documentation eser I tablishing your eligibility for Lawful Permanent Resident status" ? That's what they asked about in the letter I got from them.

Thanks

Regards,

Monika

k-1 NOA2, marriage certificate, spouse, etc. Bring ALL USCIS paperwork with you to the interview.

They want proof that you came in on a k-1 and got married within 90 days to the USC on the k-1.

good luck

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."
