IMBRA RFE never received

I updated my timeline. I never received the RFE having to do with IMBRA. I called and they sent me a letter on August 10th confirming my address change (when actually it just got lost in the mail) and that the RFE would be resent. They did not give me an estimated arrival for that letter. Now it is September 12th and I still haven´t received the RFE. I have called the USCIS many times, and they say that they can´t do anything about it. I remember that there was a due date to receive that RFE (September 11th) that i missed, but I have called and made it clear that it was not my fault. What are my options?. Also, i don´t know how to put *touched* or other things on the timeline. ON the internet it says that my case was last touched the 8th of august, 2006. Thankyou!

It was the old version. The one without the IMBRA questions. I refilled out the new one and I think that I will just to take a chance that they will just change the first page since the RFE never came.

Also, am I disqualified since i didn´t get the RFE in by sept. 11th? It is clear in their paperwork that I have not received any RFE's yet. So I am assuming that my case is still open.

A date for you to get the RFE? You have to send out the RFE within the period of time that the RFE brings - when you get one - otherwise you'd be abandoning the case. Many people on VJ have waited for even a few months to get the IMBRA RFE. So... I don't think your case is closed.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.
