I received three NOA2 emails from CSC last night. Woo Hoo!

I am going to see Naphalai for my birthday October 9. I want to see if while I am in HK I can walk her through as much of the process as possible. Naphalai is a sweetie, but does not really understand how picky our government is about paper work.

Does anyone know if the BKK police or the HK police will do a check with just a copy of my NOA2, or if there is some other document included in Packet 3 they want to see ? If possible I would like to get the police check and the medical check done while I am there. I want to have Packet 3 completed and waiting so when she gets it from the HK Embassy she can immediately return it.

Thanks for any advice.

Jul 5 - Receipt date for I-130 petition for my over 21 brother and his wife (both in the UK)

2024

Feb 23 - Sent USCIS a message asking for a processing update

May 6 - Received an email response saying things were progressing normally but that waiting times might be longer

2014

Feb 25, 26 & 28 - got emails saying that the cases had been transferred to another office, then to my local office, and then just transferred and are being processed

Mar 17 - got email, attached to one case number only, saying that my A number was changed relating to the I-130 filing

July 18/06.............. Thx God we got our NOA1 from CSC

Sep 20/06............... Thx God! NOA2 date

Sep 21/06............... touched; got 5 approval emails! thank you Lord!

Sep 26/06............... mon amour got NOA2

Oct 18/06............... My baby got the letter from NVC

Oct 24/06............... Oh, Lord, You are so great! got our packet 3 today!!! yupi!!! early bday present!!!

Oct 30/06............... Mailing away my DS-156, thank you for your blessings, God

Dec 14/06............... My baby got packet 4

Jan 06/07............... We requested our Interview to be scheduled for January 22nd! my baby's bday! and he will be allowed 2b inside with me!! wow!

Jan 22/07............... VISA APPROVED!!! THANK YOU LORD!!!

Jan 29/07............... Went to cargo expresso to get my passport, which means: VISA RECEIVED!!!

Apr 27/07............... Married my one and only at 10;30am

Jul 06/07............... Finally mailed away AOS

Jul 19/07............... Check was cashed

Jul 21/07............... Thanks God we received NOA1

It seems that CSC is on a roll. We were approved yesterday as well. About time we see a little action. Congratulations!

August 2001 Met in person

Back and forth a few times

October 2001 Moved to Ireland

June 2002 We had our daughter

December 2005 Moved back to the States

April 27, 2006 I-129F sent to TX Service Center

May 5, 2006 NOA1

June 23, 2006 RFE received from CSC

June 25, 2006 RFE returned to CSC

August 16, 2006 RFE2 received

August 25, 2006 RFE2 returned overnight post

August 29, 2006 RFE2 received at CSC
