I-129F NOA2 Expiration date question

My fiance has his interview on the 15th of August, I just looked at my NOA2 and it says that it will expire on the 18th of August....is this going to be a problem in regards to him being in AP???

11/18/10-Received this morning and signed! (on our way)

11/25/10-Received Email this morning that they have received Application and sent to VSC!

Interview Result- AP :o(

10/10/2011-AP FINISHED..Visa READY Thank you Jesus!!

10/24/11-Visa in HAND!!!

Even if your interview time is beyond the expiration date, the embassy eill be able to extend it. However, your interview is before the expiration date, so there is nothing to worry about it. Good luck wiht the interview.
