hi everybody (F)

as i have k1 visa me and my faincee dicede to get married next week and we just bought marriage license for 75 $

as we are getting married in the court i want some advice from you ? how long it take ? are they gona ask me many qeustions ? what is the best thing should we put in our married papers as i dont know the law stuff here in tx ? and what should we do after ?

pls ppl help me in this i will be thankful to all your advice (F)(L):thumbs:

If you have an Approved K-1 Visa and want to get married whats wrong with that? It is required in your Visa to get married in 90 days or less.

It's when people have an Approved K-1 Visa and don't get married in that 90 day frame that creates a problem.

Reading the Post. Your doing nothing wrong at all. Is there more to the story? Probably not..... Just worrying over nothing.

After Marridge: Apply with USCIS for A Adjustment of Status.

You could not even get a Marridge License if the Courthouse seen a Mistake. LOL GOOD LUCK

12/17/10 ....USCIS received the Filed I-129F for K1-visa
12/21/10 ....Received hard copy,NOA1
5/25/11.......Received RFE
6/09/11.......NOA2 approved
12/07/11.....Visa fee paid at BPI

6/11/13.......2nd visa fee payment
7/10-11/13.. Medical Exam completed@St.Lukes Clinic
1/15-16/14.. 2nd Medical exam updated
1/21/14...... k1 interview-Visa Approved
.....................................................................
8/29/14...... Submitted AOS application
10/03/14.....Biometrics
01/07/15.....Received my EAD card

01/31/15..... I got my SSN from the mail

04/20/15......AOS Interview - Approved :star:

4/24/15 .......Got the Driving Permit Card

4/30/15 .......Green Card Received :) (Exp.4/20/17)
