hola estoy aqui como 2 horas y la gente q trabaja aqui no sabe q certificado penal necesito. hay dos uno para usarlo en peru y el otro en el exterior. tengo mi entrevista el 3 de oct y me piden este papelito. cual debo llevar? cual llevaron ustedes? ah! mi entrevista es en la embajada americana. gracias gracias

Hola,

En general, los documentos que vas a usar en el exterior (incluso los que usas para sacar tus documentos para pedir la residencia permanente en EEUU) van a tener que ser certificados para su uso en el el exterior.

Por ejemplo: en la oficina de registro civil, cuando pides tu acta de nacimiento, pides la copia para el uso en el extranjero. En tal caso, te cobran mas y hay que esperar un par de dias). Es mejor pedir 2-3 copias ya que a veces en el INS se quedan con una ...
