Not sure if you are looking for alloys or steel but: http://www.rsac.com/

Reliance Steel and Aluminum.

Maybe they can supply you with a certificate of origin / conformity down to the mill it was processed at.

But I do see your dilemma, how do you know that all the multitude of ingredients are also American made.

We've used one of the Reliance divisions in the past. I still send quotes to them but they either have no stock or their prices are much higher than others. They don't carry the material I'm currently looking for.
